Where Norwegian Church Aid Ethiopia responds to humanitarian emergencies, it seeks to save lives and restore the dignity of people who are internally displaced, refugees, and communities in the face of natural disasters, such as drought.

NCA Ethiopia integrates its humanitarian emergency response with three of its programme priorities to address humanitarian needs across each sector. It will continue to respond to the needs of people by working with stakeholders to meet humanitarian needs in the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene; Gender-Based Violence/ Sexual and Reproductive Health; and energy sectors.
